How to get there: - Grid Reference 958818; Coming from Wareham, turn right
in the middle of Corfe Castle, opposite the Bankes Arms Hotel. Follow West
Street for about 1/3 mile, turn right where indicated and park in the Pay and
Display Car Park.
Information: Toilets are available at the entrance to the car park.
Walk details:-
Exit the car park at the opposite end to what you entered. Turn right and continue to
the end where you will enter Corfe Common.
Stay on the Tarmac track to the right which will lead you to Blashenwell Farm. Follow
the track through the farm and up through the path and fields to Kingston. The path
will come out to the rear of cottages.
To immediately return, turn left along the track and as you drop down the track, you
will see a stile in the fence to the left (150 metres). Go over this stile and follow the
path through the fields. You will come out on Corfe Common and this stage, stay
straight ahead to the Corfe Common entrance you were at earlier and return to the car
park.
